Do you want to make run coaching your full time income?
This past weekend at the RRCA convention, I talked to many successful run coaches – many of whom are earning full time incomes. (On a separate note, getting to a run coach convention is SO worth your time and money! The experience was priceless!)

But I talked to many run coaches who really wonder if it’s even possible to make run coaching anything more than a hobby. They still work a full time job and have been coaching on the side, and it’s scary to envision completely going all in with run coaching. Most of these run coaches are EXCELLENT coaches with high retention rates and a big heart for serving and helping their runners, yet they still doubt themselves.
A big reason run coaches aren’t able to envision making this a full time income or even better, a six figure income, is because they don’t have a marketing system in place.
They rely on referrals and new clients come in sporadically. Sometimes they feel really confident and then they lose a couple athletes and they start to wonder: “how can this really be sustainable?”
Today on the Runner Rising Podcast I share with you the path to becoming a six figure run coach. We talk about the hurdles you’ll have to overcome, what kind of prices you’ll need to charge, and exactly how many athletes you’ll need to coach per month.
I encourage you to listen and to let yourself dream a little bigger.
How would your life change if run coaching was your full time job?
What kind of flexibility would you have in your day to day life and how would this impact your family?
How good would it feel to help runners achieve their goals & do things they never knew possible?
